Virtual

Self Study

All pre-recorded videos are available on the first day of the course, and students will have 3 weeks to watch them. It is important to complete all videos before the In-Person class begins as we touch on many aspects of the recorded materials. The videos total about 10 hours of watch-time.

The virtual course materials will be available for students to re-watch for years to come.

Live Virtual Classes

The Live Classes will including meeting classmates, asking questions about the pre-recorded videos and trying out some of the assessment and treatment skills that will be covered in more depth in person.

Students are encouraged to practice these new techniques on another person in their home. Try identifying anatomical structures, find the craniosacral rhythm, and practice assessment and release techniques.

In-Person

Lab

During the In-Person lab, students will dive deep into the techniques of craniosacral therapy. There will be 4 days of practicing on classmates. It's quite lovely.

The 5th and final lab day, students will use their new skills to treat 2 babies, under the supervision of the instructor, Meaghan Beames, RMT, CST, BRMT.

Demonstrations of treatments sessions on babies, by the instructor, will be seen both virtually and live.

A 124-page manual covering all areas of the course is available in PDF or print.

Participants who successfully complete the full ICST-1 course will receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to take the ICST-2 course, given they have documented treating 65 babies.
